What is this site about?
The Living Well Report is a website devoted to positive nutrition, good health, and living well. That means we’ll have photos, videos, news, tips, recipes, and reviews on things like local food, smart, tasty choices, and a few regular features, including how to make good choices for your kids, avoid nutritional pratfalls, and more.
Are you food fanatics?
No. We approach nutrition as a positive, lifelong choice- this is not a diet site; nor is it about fanatical, non-sustainable eating trends on the fringe of nutrition. We just want to share the benefits of how moderation, variety, and originality can dramatically improve your health- and your life.
Jason Clarke is co-creator and manages the technology side of The Living Well Report.
Heidi Clarke is co-creator and head chef. She finds, buys, plans, and cooks most of the food appearing on this site.
